Pre-trip hiking...

Will and I did a little last minute hiking this morning to get our ya-ya's out before our whirlwind trip to the mainland. We checked the tides and headed out to the base of Makapuu. It was Will's first time out there and he LOVED it!! Here's his new friend...a TINY hermit crab. And here I am in front of a freaky tide pool that was blasting today.

We're super stoked for our big mainland trip, but it was good to say bye to the aina before leaving. :)
