We headed over to the Moana Surfrider Hotel today for their Mangoes at the Moana festival. It was AWESOME!! We tasted mango dishes from eleven different professional chefs (including the chef who cooked for our wedding at the Kahala!) and even met one of our idols, Lee Anne Wong, from season one of Top Chef. She even signed James' tiny chef jacket! OMG!!

This was our favorite (and the day's big winner) from 12th Ave. restaurant - pork belly with mango mustard. Utterly delectable.

Sooooo many famous chefs were there. We ate so much fabulous mango-inspired food, we almost burst. Everything from duck-mango confit, to butter poached lobster with mango sauce, and prosciutto crisps with mango salsa.
Here was another favorite, lamb chop with mango sauce and relish. As yummy as it looks.
Our magic "all you can eat" wrist band allowed us unlimited drinks as well! Our absolute favorite was the lemongrass mango mojito. So refreshing!!
What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday! Cannot WAIT until next year's festival!!
