Our holiday traditions out here in the middle of the Pacific might be a little different than those on the mainland...but they are certainly special to us. Instead of snowmen and ice-skates, we celebrate with a family trip to Ala Moana, dinner at the Mariposa restaurant and a drive through gorgeous downtown Honolulu Lights.
Here's the amazing sunset from Mariposa.

My adorable brother. All smiles!
Mom and dad...giant smiles, too! Shopping and dinner was amazing (as usual) and the Honolulu Light show was so much fun.
After getting into the true spirit of the holidays, Will and I finally tackled the tree. Since evergreen trees are a bit hard to find out here, we assembled our super complicated faux Christmas tree. Here's Will trying to wrestle the star on top. (It's only 1/2" from the ceiling!)
Hmmm....something is missing....Hope you're all in the Holiday Spirit and staying warm this Christmas! Love and aloha, always!!

It's beautiful!
